stress??haa...aku ade care nak hilangkan stress tu. bkn kurangkan tau. tapi hilang terus. senaman jenis ni memang hebat tahap gaban. kalo tak percaya...cubalah.

1) Senaman ala taichi, sebagai warming up.

2) Untuk melegakan bahu dan leher.

4) Gerak ke kanan, kemudian ke kiri.

6) Ikut je. Jangan terpusing kepala sudah..

7) Tepuk kuat-kuat di dahi. Erk!

8) Buat gerakan tangan dan badan. Buat macam happy aje..

merewang pun ko wat gak. cam aku tak tau. tcnitn MPP pun nak terguling tengok aksi terlampau ko tu.haha
